By accessing or using the PECIFY website (the “Platform”), operated by PECIFY INFRA PAYMENT SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED (“PECIFY”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws of India. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old (or supervised by a parent/guardian) to place orders. When creating an account you agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that provide false information or misuse the Platform.

We work hard to display products, colours and availability accurately, but errors may occasionally occur.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices, offers or product availability at any time without prior notice.
• If a pricing error is discovered after you order, we will contact you to confirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.
• Product images are for representation; slight colour variance may occur due to screen settings or the handwoven nature of certain fabrics.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only when we dispatch the item(s). We reserve the right to cancel any order — with full refund — in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unserviceable delivery addresses.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. Online payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways. By paying, you confirm that the payment instrument belongs to you and you authorise the charge. COD orders may require phone verification; misuse of COD may lead to restrictions on the payment method for your account.

Estimated delivery timelines (2–6 business days) are indicative and may be affected by weather, logistics disruptions or regional restrictions. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect packages at delivery and report tampering within 48 hours with photographs.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (15-day window for eligible items). Refunds are processed to the original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer for COD orders.

All content on the Platform — the PECIFY name and logo, product designs, photographs, text and graphics — is owned by or licensed to PECIFY INFRA PAYMENT SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED and protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or fraudulent transaction.
• Scrape, crawl or harvest data from the Platform without written consent.
• Interfere with the Platform's security, servers or networks.
• Post false reviews or impersonate any person or entity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PECIFY's aggregate liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Grievances may be raised to our Grievance Officer at the contact details provided below.
