Shipping Policy

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India. Orders below ₹999 carry a flat shipping fee of ₹99. The exact charge (if any) is shown in your bag and at checkout before payment.

Orders placed before 6:00 PM IST are packed and dispatched from our Bengaluru fulfilment hub within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day. Each item undergoes a quality check before packing.

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

• Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–3 business days.
• Other cities & towns: 3–5 business days.
• Remote / North-East & island locations: 5–7 business days.
• Express delivery (select pincodes): 1–2 business days at an additional charge shown at checkout.

We currently deliver to 19,000+ pincodes across India through our logistics partners. You can confirm serviceability and expected delivery date by entering your pincode at checkout. We do not currently ship internationally.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking link and your order number (starting with PCF). You can also track anytime on our Track Order page. Statuses update in real time from pickup to doorstep.

COD is available on most pincodes for orders up to ₹10,000. Please keep your phone reachable for delivery confirmation. Repeated COD refusals may lead to COD being disabled for your account; prepaid options will always remain available.

Occasionally, weather, strikes or regional restrictions can delay shipments. We'll proactively notify you of any delay beyond 2 days. If a delivery attempt fails, our courier retries up to two more times before returning the parcel to us — after which we can reship or refund as you prefer.

Every order ships in tamper-proof, recyclable packaging. Ethnic and delicate items receive additional protective wrapping at no extra cost. Please record an unboxing video if the outer package appears tampered — it speeds up resolutions.
